Refund policy
We offer exchange and returns in case of size and colour problems. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of these types of returns.
Please note that face masks and earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns.
If the product has been damaged during transportation, or there has been a mistake or fault with the product you have received, please contact us by e-mail at support.marketing@lafemmeroje.com and we will take further steps to help you. La Femme Roje will be responsible for any shipping costs for this type of returns and will send you a shipping label.
