CANADA shipping:

(Free on orders over C$250) Transactions are processed in CAD and we also accept PayPal.

Domestic Orders are be shipped and delivered through Canada post. It typically takes 2-5 business days to process the shipment (Monday-Friday). Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages and delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

 

INTERNATIONAL shipping:

(Free on orders over 450 CAD for EU orders and 550 CAD for international orders)

Please note that all transactions are processed in CAD.

Your Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 days after your purchase (Monday to Friday).

 Our International orders are shipped through Canada Post. International shipping costs vary depending on the shipping location or region.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and U.S. orders.

 If you refuse, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us again.

Exchange and Returns : 

We offer exchange and returns in case of size and colour problems.

Please note that face masks and accessories are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons

If the product has been damaged during transportation, or there has been a mistake or fault with the product you have received, please contact us by e-mail at support.marketing@lafemmeroje.com and we will take further steps to help you.

 

Shoe and Clothing Exchanges:

If the purchased shoe or clothing is not the right size or colour, we offer exchange on a different size or colour for the same item only. Please note that we are not responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

Once we receive the item, we will start the exchange process as soon as possible and send you the new tracking information.
