Domestic orders are shipped and delivered through Canada Post. It typically takes 2-5 business days to process the shipment (Monday-Friday). Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages or delays in shipping or delivery due to force majeure or other uncontrollable events.

International Shipping:

(Free on orders over 350 CAD for EU orders and 500 CAD for international orders)

Please note that all transactions are processed in CAD.

International orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after your purchase (Monday to Friday).

Our international orders are shipped through Canada Post. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping location or region.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee whether you will be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and U.S. orders.

If you refuse the package, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Exchanges and Returns:

We offer exchanges and returns in case of size and color issues.

Please be aware that face masks and accessories are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Shoe and Clothing Exchanges:

If the purchased shoe or clothing is not the right size or color, we offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item only. Please note that we are not responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

Once we receive the item, we will initiate the exchange process as soon as possible and provide you with the new tracking information.
